JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operations
Finance Controllership
- Lead a team of graduatesfor accounting and finance controllership of allotted clients
- Be responsible foraccounting up to finalization as per different Accounting Standards, ScheduleIII, Income tax etc.
- Review client’s accountingand identify gaps and provide resolutions
- Ensure timely MIS, paymentof taxes and other compliances
Audit support
- Execution of audit supportengagements.
- Assist client in preparingschedules and working papers for auditors
- Assist client inpreparation of financial statements as per Schedule III of the companies act
- Liaise with the auditors(Big 4) on day-to-day basis till the closure of audit
Health check/Clean up of books
- Assist seniors in doing ahealth check of the accounting data and compliances of the client.
- Provide resolutions for theissues identified.
- Support in the financetransformation strategy of the client
- Drafting final report forclient
General
- Handle executionresponsibilities of allotted client independently
- Identify operational issuesand take necessary action
- Ensure minimal escalationsfrom client
- Liaison with otheroperation teams for carrying out day to day to activities
- Ensure timely billable andcollections

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· Thorough inaccounting standards, schedule III of companies act, financial statements, etc.
· Chartered Accountantwith 1-3 years’ post qualification experience/ ACCA (having Articleshipexperience) with 1-3 years’ workexperience
· Should have basicknowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes, Companies Act and transfer pricing
· Should have goodexcel and presentation skills
· Excellentcommunication skills – Should be able to liaise with client
· Should take ownershipof his/her work and initiate required activities to get the results
· Problem solvingattitude
· Work closely with theclient and handle a team of accountants.
