Job Description - Process Specialist - Accounts Payable - Remote Role

Role specific skillsets:
SPOC should beresponsible for handling, investigating, and resolving invoice-related queriesfrom internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Review and validate logisticsinvoices against contracts, purchase orders, and delivery documentation.
- Investigate and resolvediscrepancies or disputes related to freight charges, surcharges, and servicelevels.
- Act as the primary point of contactfor logistic invoice-related queries from vendors, carriers, and internaldepartments.
- Coordinate with the logistics,procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records ofqueries, resolutions, and communications in the invoice management system.
- Monitor aging reports and follow upon outstanding invoice issues to avoid payment delays.
- Support month-end and year-endclosing activities by ensuring all invoice queries are addressed.
- Assist in audits by providingdocumentation and explanations related to invoice discrepancies.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend processimprovements to enhance invoice accuracy and efficiency.

Working Model: Remote
Shift Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm
Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- · A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organization’s needs.
- · A B.Com/M.Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 4 – 6 years in Accounts Payable processes.
- · A flair for working in a team and working hand in hand to achieve individual goals and team goals
- · The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
- · An ability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations
