Key Responsibilities
Assist in business and equity valuations using DCF, NAV, and relative methods
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation workings
Conduct industry and company research
Draft valuation reports as per ICAI Valuation Standards and applicable laws
Support seniors in client coordination and documentation
Eligibility
CA Articleship student (CA Inter cleared preferred)
Strong basics of accounting, finance, and valuations
Skills Required
MS Excel proficiency
Analytical and report-writing skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
