Over a career spanning more than four decades, Ravichandran Venkataraman (Ravi) has held executive leadership roles across banking, technology, shared services, and consulting, guiding organizations through periods of profound growth, transformation, and operational change. Ravi serves as a Strategic Advisor to Nexdigm's Business Process Services vertical, partnering closely with the leadership team to help transform the business and guide it toward its next phase of growth and scale.
Ravi works extensively with boards, executive leadership teams, and business stakeholders across industries, advising on corporate governance, business strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, risk management, and leadership development. His ability to combine strategic foresight with deep operational understanding enables organizations to strengthen performance while responding effectively to shifting market environments.
Before his association with Nexdigm, Ravi served as Chairman of Hewlett Packard India and Senior Vice President of HP Global Business Services, where he led the company's shared services strategy and global operating model across a workforce of tens of thousands of professionals internationally. Earlier, as Managing Director of ANZ Bank's Operations and Technology business, he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the bank's global enterprise and technology capabilities. He has also served as a Director on the Board of Mphasis Limited and as a Resident Director for Outpost VFX.
Beyond his corporate advisory responsibilities, Ravi serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and as Chairperson of eVidyaloka Trust, a prominent online rural education platform.
Ravi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), holds an Independent Director Certification from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), and is an alumnus of the Global CFO Program at the Wharton School.
