With a proven track record of leading ultra large-scale product transformations across Fortune 100 enterprises, Mukesh brings deep expertise in AI-driven strategy, digital architecture, and organizational change.
Mukesh has held senior leadership roles at global technology giants including Microsoft, Jio, NICE, and VFS Global. His experience spans across sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government. He has spearheaded the development of cutting-edge AI products and transformation programs, redefined operational efficiency and customer experience, and led global product innovation teams.
Beyond corporate leadership, Mukesh is a TEDx speaker, startup advisor, investor, executive coach, and author. He serves as faculty and advisor to multiple universities, helping shape the next generation of technology leaders.
Mukesh holds an M-Tech in Software Systems (AI) from BITS Pilani, an Executive Program in Marketing & HR from IIT Bombay, and BE in Computer Science. He is also a certified PSP Engineer and TSP Coach from Carnegie Mellon University.
