With over 15 years of experience, Vinay leads the Senior Director and Head – Corporate Services and Regulatory Advisory practice at Nexdigm. He oversees P&L management, growth strategy, team building, process optimizations, and product innovation. Vinay works closely with clients, international networks, strategic alliances, and cross-border business partners to foster strong relationships and drive impactful collaborations

In his current role, he heads a team focused on the Corporate Services product portfolio, which encompasses outsourced finance and compliance management services for clients in India, the UAE, and a few other geographies. Together with his team, he supports Nexdigm’s clients in navigating the regulatory, tax, and commercial intricacies of global expansion plans.

Throughout this journey at Nexdigm, Vinay has contributed significantly to various domains such as assurance advisory, entity setup and management, and managed sales across India, the UAE, and the APAC regions. As a part of the group leadership team, he has been involved in key corporate and strategic initiatives. Vinay’s understanding of business dynamics has supported his smooth transition to the Corporate Services vertical, where he has contributed to the growth and diversification of the product portfolio.

As a homegrown leader, Vinay’s expertise in relationship management, product development, pricing, contracting, and administration has naturally positioned him as a sales leader in the organization. His ability to understand clients’ unique business objectives and pain points allow him to craft tailored solutions by aligning internal and external stakeholders, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

Vinay is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pune University, India.

On a personal note, Vinay enjoys traveling, exploring new places, reading, and spending time with his family.
