Throughout his career, Ritesh has advised boards, private equity sponsors, CEOs, and leadership teams on growth, profitability, operating model redesign, and enterprise transformation – spanning commercial excellence, digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, and the strategic use of automation, data, and AI. He is also a Founder and CEO of Innovon, advising organizations through executive leadership deployments and strategic transformation mandates.
Ritesh has served as CEO, COO, and CTO of private as well as public companies such as Innovairre, Gogotech, Global Industrial Company, and Ditech, and earlier led large-scale e-commerce, customer experience, supply chain, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives at Sears Holdings and Amazon. His track record includes award-recognized customer experience programs and enterprise cost and technology transformations delivering significant, measurable savings and growth.
Ritesh serves as Chairman of the Board of Alpine Learning Group, and has advised boards, investors, CEOs, and operating leaders across the retail, e-commerce, financial services, industrial distribution, travel, and technology.
Ritesh holds a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an Executive Certificate in AI and Digital Business from the MIT Sloan.
