Kirk plays a key role in nurturing client relationships, improving service delivery, business development in the US, as well as the transition, transformation, and automation of processes for Nexdigm.
Kirk is a former US diplomat, military officer and an international law expert with over two decades of experience. He focuses on managing and expanding the practice with diversified clients spanning across geographies, sizes, and industries.
Prior to joining Nexdigm, Kirk worked with several government, private, and non-profit organizations, where he played a key role in training and managing dynamic teams, developing playbooks, introducing AI within processes, and tracking contracts and obligations to improve efficiencies.
Kirk regularly speaks at domestic and international events and contributes thought leadership articles to global trade and investment magazines. He is the Vice President (Programs) of the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce, a Director of the International Trade Association of Greater Chicago (ITAGC), and a member of the Northwestern University Staff Advisory Council (NUSAC).
Kirk holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management , a Masters of Arts from the University of Minnesota (USA), a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wisconsin (USA). He is also a graduate of the US Air Force’s Air War College and the Naval War College’s Command and Staff program. Kirk has been certified in Negotiation and Conflict Management by the USAF Negotiation Center of Excellence (USA) and certified in International and Cross-Cultural Negotiation by ESSEC Business School (France).
On a personal front, Kirk enjoys participating in community building activities and travelling in his free time.
