He also supports organizations seeking to leverage India’s rapidly growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) and offshoring ecosystem. His work is centered on building meaningful cross-border relationships, facilitating strategic partnerships, and guiding businesses through every stage of their India growth journey.
For Nexdigm, Manoj leads Europe marketing and strategic business development initiatives, helping enhance the firm's international presence and deepen engagement with key stakeholders across Europe. His role also involves expanding our Transaction Support services, recognizing that India can present a complex environment for successfully executing and closing deals. Through his deep expertise and extensive network of partners, he has consistently delivered significant value across transactions, helping clients navigate challenges and achieve successful outcomes.
A homegrown leader with extensive experience supporting international business expansion and investment initiatives, Manoj has worked closely with companies and institutions across Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific. Drawing on this cross-border expertise, he is a regular speaker at international forums and industry events, where he shares insights on doing business in India, business transformation journeys, and global growth opportunities.
Manoj is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Outside of work he enjoys swimming, wildlife photography, and travelling to the wilderness.
