Samuel (Sam) is an accomplished global financial leader with nearly half a century of experience, with four decades being served in Healthcare. His illustrious professional career has involved spearheading strategic financial projects which involve corporate mergers, working capital optimization, enterprise software implementation, and performance metric definition to measure progress.

As Senior Global Business Advisor at Nexdigm, Sam advises the Board Members, and mentors the leadership team on its financial and corporate endeavors. He guides our global strategic initiatives, helps strengthen existing client relationships (especially in the US) and supports us in identifying new opportunities. As an ambassador for the firm, he helps us build a robust ecosystem for success in global markets.

Before joining Nexdigm, Sam held CFO and VP level positions in the areas of Strategy and Finance at major US-based multinational companies, including Hollister Incorporated, Baxter International, American Hospital Supply Corporation, Applied Immune Sciences Inc., and The Walt Disney Company. Sam has provided sound financial leadership by formulating corporate roadmaps and business plans. He has also worked with the Board of Directors of several companies to successfully increase their global footprint through well-designed annual plans and global expansion plans.

Sam worked extensively with Corporate Audit Committees regarding risk management and governance. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, USA. Currently, Sam is a Board Member at Libertyville Bank & Trust/A Wintrust Community Bank and Alper Services (both in financial services), CJE SeniorLife (philanthropy), and is a Committee Member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Illinois.

Sam is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (USA), and a Bachelor’s in Management Accounting from the Illinois Institute of Technology (USA).
