Designation: Lead Associate (NPL_BPM_OA_LA_AP)

Office Location: Pashan Pune (Regional Office)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accounting concepts & Processing
  • Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
  • Understanding of concepts of accounts payable and the complete cycle of AP
  • Understanding about the various aspects of AP process for e.g.:- Payment cycle, Identifying the correct nominal codes, PO based and Non PO based processing, etc.
  • Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working on any ERP e.g. Oracle, SAP, Tally etc.

  • Reporting Designation: Assistant Manager (NPL_BPM_OA_AM)
  • Reporting Department: Offshore Accounts (NPL_BPM_OA)

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
  • Degree: Bachelor of Commerce - BCom, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Commerce - MCom

Required work experience

  • Industry: Accounting & Finance/ Outsourcing/ KPO
  • Role: Lead Associate

Required Skills:

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

• A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organization’s needs

• A B.Com/M.Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 4 - 6 years in AP processes

• A flair for working in a team and working hand in hand to achieve individual goals and team goals

• The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.

• An ability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations
