Role-specific skillsets:
Working in a team comprising of multi-disciplinary professionals
• Advising on regulatory requirements under Foreign Exchange Control laws, Companies Act and SEBI Regulations;
• Assistance in the implementation of Restructuring projects which includes mergers, demerger capital reduction, buyback etc.;
• Drafting of documentation, concerning transactions and compliances;
• Handling Company closure projects;
• Providing services under company law and SEBI regulations to retained clients;
• Coordinating with other teams and departments to provide wholesome advice to clients on regulatory issues
• Co-ordination and liaison with the regulatory authorities, lawyers, and other external professionals during the course of the assignment
• Finalizing client deliverables in consultation with the Senior Team members;
• Actively working with cross-functional teams to provide holistic solutions to clients
• Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within the budgeted time and cost
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
▪ 5 to 7 years in any CS firms / Law firm or professional firms of repute
▪ Experience in the regulatory and restructuring role
▪ Knowledge requirements: Company Law, FEMA, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
▪ Excellent drafting and communication skills;
