Role specific skillsets:

Theincumbent will be responsible for:

·        Handling international taxassignments including

o   Expatriate tax planning and compliance

o   Withholding tax advisory and certification

o   Structuring of inbound and outbound investments

o   FEMA advisory and compliance

o   Representation before tax authorities

o   Advice to Corporate on taxation matters

• Independently able to handle the compliances (including foreign company tax returns)
• Client interface, liaison and relationship

To be tailor-fitfor the above skillsets, you need to have,

1.       1.5 - 3 years experience in (including Article ship)

§  Income tax compliance, planning and advisory

§  Representation before tax authorities

§  Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidanceagreements

§  Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing

§  Working knowledge on International tax structuring

§  Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances

2.       Experience in/exposure to FEMA will be an addedadvantage

3.       Proven leadership abilities

4.       Very good communication skills includinglegal/technical drafting

5.       Very good interpersonal skills

6.       Good analytical and process skills
