Role specific skillsets:

1. Support in various Greenfield assignment for assisting in setting up of manufacturing facility of client in India or execute such setup work on piece-meal basis (Business plan preparation, Location planning, Land Scouting, Land Acquisition, Registration support, Vendor identification and selection, Incentive analysis, Incentive availing, support in Import of plant and machinery, etc.)

2. Following guidance from reporting Manager in executing assignment, proposal, sales pitches, market study reports, etc.

3. Ensure proper documentation during project execution

4. Prepare Knowledge management document based on guidance from reporting manager for on-going projects to capture experience and learning and/or build knowledge base for future assignments

5. Assist reporting manager in preparation of case studies, collaterals, brochure and research for / preparation of news articles on Greenfield topics, etc.

6. Research on Sector selected as focus of Greenfield team and preparing reports, chronicles, etc. under guidance of reporting manager

7. Communication with client, administration of data/information collection from client

8. Co-ordination with internal SKP cross functional teams for – project, knowledge management, etc.
