Job Description


Nexdigmis looking for an experienced and dynamic sales support professional, who candeliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate would be highly motivated, anexcellent communicator, and can work well with a friendly team or alone yetmotivated as and when required.

 

Theprimary focus of the role is to work with the Sales team to drive qualified leadsall through the sales lifecycle and hold reporting requirements. There will beopportunity to lead projects and be part of campaigns as and when needed.

 

Secondly, show they havethe initiative to bring change and add value to our business.

 

This position will be basedat Nexdigm’s office in Mumbai or Pune

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 

1.     Leads Management:

a)     Manageall leads allocated to the specific practice through the whole lifecycle.

b)     Takecomplete responsibility of backend management of all leads received by thepractice.

c)     Efficientmanagement of the sales pipeline using Nexdigm’s processes.

d)     Maintainwell organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reportsin CRM system.

e)     Provideaccurate and timely reports to various stakeholders periodically.

f)      Meetpersonal targets and work towards Nexdigm’s sales goals and profitability.

g)     Supportlead generation activities (front-end and back-end) taken up by the team.

 

2.     Communication:

a)     Demonstrateability to interact professionally with internal teams via phone, email, tele/videoconferencing and with external clients as and when required.

b)     Provideaccurate and timely information as required to the sales team and senior management.

c)     Communicateindependently with internal teams and stakeholders for various requirements.

 

3.     ProductKnowledge:

a)     Developa strong knowledge of Nexdigm’s ES&M services in order to facilitate thesales process.

b)     Havebroad understanding of the overall services of Nexdigm.

 

4.     RequiredExperience

a)     2-4years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead management or similarfunction.

b)     Experiencein pipeline management using CRM systems will be added advantage.

c)     Accountingknowledge would be helpful but not a prerequisite.

 

5.      Required Skills:

a)     Hashigh interpersonal skills.

b)     Needhigh organisational and time management skills with the flexibility toreprioritise as necessary.

c)     Excellentcommunication oral and written.

d)     CompetentIT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Excelusing pivots tables and other reporting tools and social networking tools.

e)     Workingknowledge in a CRM would be added advantage.

f)      Mustbe highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking,listening and writing skills.
