We have an opening for Senior Marketing person (Senior Manager) in the Sales and Marketingfunction for Professional Services (primarily for Assurance and Tax and tooversee FDI) segment is as below:

1.       Large number of leads to be generated 

2.       To sustain and grow the current eco-system of organization (includingmultipliers)

3.       Develop new eco-system 

4.       Assist to achieve current revenue target gaps for professional services(Assurance and Tax)

5.       To hold and coordinate various professional services product campaigns

6.       To interact with various relevant leaders and take them to market asnecessary. 

Skill Set Required - 

1.       Must have a MBA Degree & approximately 10+ years ofexperience  in Marketing

2.      Understanding of Tax and/or Assurance domain

3.       Must be a relationship person and should have had past client wins

4.       Strong interpersonal skills

5.       Must be able to speak at events 

6.       Marketing blend of mind

7.       Flair to deal internationally 

Location - 

1.       Mumbai/Gurugram

2.       Must be willing to travel on regular basis both domestically andinternationally 

Key Performance Indicators -

1.       Meet/Interact with at least 6 organization every week 

2.       Have 20 meetings a month with the influencers (see indicative listbelow)

3.       Must generate at least 2 qualified leads a week (after probation)

4.       Speak at 5 to 6 events a year 

5.       Be able to drive at least 4 campaigns a year

6.       Bring in 100 leads for professional services
