Role-specific skillsets:

Accountingconcepts & Processing


  • Required to bean expert of accounts payable and should have exposure to all the sub processesof Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Reconciliationetc.) and Accounts Receivable 
  • Goodunderstanding of concepts of accounts payable/ receivable and the complete cycle of P2P/ O2C
  • Comfortableworking on Excel and other MS-Office tools
  • Hands onexperience on working on any ERP e.g., Oracle, SAP, Tally etc.
  • Exposure todesigning and preparing various MIS reports
  • Experience inhandling various audits e.g., SAS, ISO etc.

Strategy& Planning

  •          Leadoperational and strategic planning for the team assigned, including fosteringinnovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation ofresources.
  •          Abilityto handle multi-tasking roles and ensure proper coordination with multiplestakeholders.
  •          Benchmark, analyze, report on andmake recommendations for the improvement and growth of the service delivery.
  •         Develop business casejustifications and cost/benefit analyses for various tasks to be delivered.

Operational Management

  •         Manage the deployment andmonitoring of resources in performing the various tasks assigned.
  •          Work with stakeholders to definebusiness and process requirements for a new and better way of delivering activities.
  •          Direct involvement in identifyingand developing tools for enhancing team performance.
  •          Manage staffing, includingrecruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinaryactions.
  •          Approve and oversee projects andproject portfolio
  •          Liaison with other operation teamsfor carrying out day to day to activities and ensuring that the operations runsmoothly.
  •          Establish and maintain regularwritten and in-person communications with the organization’s executives,department heads, and other stakeholders.

  •          A dynamicpersonality and a passion for constantly improvising technology to suit theorganization’s needs
  • ·       AB.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA degree along with prior exposure of 8 –10 years inmanaging GL processes
  •          A flairfor leading a team and bringing about the best in people (minimum 1.5 - 2 years priorexperience in a supervisory role)
  •         Thedrive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to usetechnology to derive efficiencies.
  •          Anability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and link themwith the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeingdelivery and operations
