Role specific skillsets:

Ø  Theincumbent shall be responsible for:

§  IndependentlyHandling Transfer Pricing assignments including

o  Transfer Pricing audits

o  Compiling Transfer Pricingdocumentation & issuing CA Certificate (Form 3CEB)

o  Formulating TP Policy etc

§  Handlingassessments and appeals relating to Transfer Pricing.

§  Managethe opinion and advisory arm of transfer pricing

§  Preparingpresentations on transfer pricing.

§  Assistingin article writing / presentations on transfer pricing.

§  Knowledgeupdation and sharing within the firm.

To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

The applicant should posses thebelow:

2      2 - 4  yearsexperience in/exposure to the following areas is essential either in the CA /consultancy firm or in the Industry

·        Entiregamut of transfer pricing

·        Formulatingtransfer pricing policy

·        TransferPricing documentation and Compliances (Form 3CEB)

·        Handlingclient liaisoning

Ø  Knowledge of/exposure to the following areas will bean added advantage

·        Incometax / corporate tax compliance, planning and advisory

·        Internationaltax structuring

·        FEMA

·        Doubletax avoidance agreements

·        Companylaw

Ø  Should have independently handled transferpricing or tax assessments / scrutiny

Ø  Should have leadership & presentation abilities

Ø  Good communication skills including legal/technicaldrafting

Ø  Good interpersonal skills
