 PrimaryResponsibilities:

Role-specific skillsets: 

  •         General Ledger Accounting concepts & Processing 
  •          Required to have a good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet 
  •          Understanding of General Accounting, month close procedure, Accounts Payableand Accounts Receivables
  •         Good understanding of the outsourced environment andwell versed in client management
  •          Have extended experience in managing day-to-day accounting and operations teams in third-party BPO setup
  •         Ability to manage demanding clients throughimproved planning and long-term vision of improving service levels
  •         Have extensive experience in process review,continuous process improvement and driving efficiency in team
  •          Ensuring regular governance with various stakeholdersand client to ensure zero surprise operations
  •        Managing team size of 25+ people managing variousroles in AP, P2P, AR, GL, Reporting, Chatfield maintenance,verification of invoices, expense verification and responsible for their careerand succession planning
  •        Review existing processes and explore ways of improving the process through various tools and technology

  • Adynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suitthe organization’s needs
  • AB.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA degree along with prior exposure of 9 –10 years in managingR2R, P2P and O2C processes
  •  Aflair for leading a team and bringing about the best in people (minimum 2 yearsprior experience in managerial role) 
  •  Thedrive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to usetechnology to derive efficiencies.
  •  Anability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and link themwith the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeingdelivery and operations
