With over four decades of experience working for multinationals in USA, Frank, a seasoned tax professional, understands the needs of global companies. He has worked with several companies in the fields of Finance & Public Accounting, Consulting, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.

Frank assists Nexdigm’s global initiatives working from his Chicago, USA base, strengthening existing client relationships and targeting new opportunities. Frank is also responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to ensure the success of the overall professional services, including but not limited to Advisory, Compliance and Risk Management in global markets.

Before joining Nexdigm, Frank worked with Hollister Incorporated, Gould Industries, and a leading consulting multinational - KPMG, where including numerous other things he:

• Developed and implemented entity structures as well as product/service supply chain flows in line with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Drafted and executed agreements to support transfer pricing relationships.
• Developed, recommended, and implemented effective tax reduction strategies for US and foreign income tax laws and regulations.
• Performed Tax Due Diligence on several organizations.
• Directed audits and negotiations with US and foreign tax authorities for Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Sales & Use Tax, and other taxes.
• Improved and developed tax reporting processes, including training US and foreign controllers to understand US GAAP and other global accounting standards.
• Led implementation of numerous stand-alone ERP software systems including One-Source, SAP, Navison, and ECP Cloud Solution.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Taxation from DePaul University (USA). He is also a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Illinois, Chicago (USA).

On a personal front, Frank enjoys participating in community building activities and charitable causes. He is the Treasurer of St. Vincent DePaul Society and a key member of The Frankie Arcaro Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to assist needy students. He spends his free time cycling, practicing yoga, exercising, gardening, traveling, and playing with his grandchildren.
