Rolespecific skillsets:

Incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Independently liasoning with the clientin respect of tasks performed by self and by the team members.
  • Understanding of the RBI and SEBIguidelines for KYC of residents as well as Non Residents is required as well asNSDL and CSDL Regulations with respect to Depository Participant operations isrequired.
  • Knowledge of the client on-boardingprocess in a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Accounting System(PAS).
  • Ability to supervise the task of accountopening, masters creation in system.
  •  Able to handle the task independentlyand manage to get the work done from team (post requisite training).·        Ownership of the work
  • Able to work under pressure situationsand to work in both shifts whenever necessary
  • Capable of co-ordinating with thedifferent teams
  • Reasonable knowledge of MS office andDocumentum workflow (preferable – if has experience in ERP systems deployed inBroking / DP environment)
  • Proactive in raising the issues whicharise in the course of work
  • He / she should not have majorconstraint for travelling outstation.
  • He / She should be in a position to leadthe team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may have toreport to partner directly

To be tailor-fit for the aboveskillsets, you need to have,

  • Candidate should be a CA (3- 5 yrsexperience) or a MBA (6-8 yrs experience) in Service or Operations departmentof a financial institution (preferably Broking firm or a depositoryparticipant).
  • Preferred experience in ERP systemsdeployed in Broking / DP environment)
  • Reasonably good at spoken and writtenEnglish
  • Able to express views in a clear manner
  • Vital - Knowledge of Excel, LeadershipSkills and Client Facing
