Rolespecific skillsets: 

  • To independently perform audit of mutualfund, PMS entities, Funds etc. The candidate should have working / practicalknowledge about operation of certain service industry of BFSI segment such asPMS, MF, Offshore funds etc. He /She should have ability to apply the samewhile conducting audits.
  • The candidate should have the ability toanalyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able soundjudgments based on this information.
  • He / She should have good oral andwritten communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadershipand people management skills.
  • Business understanding, systems andcomputer skills are required.
  •  Accuracy and the ability to handleresponsibility with limited supervision are important.
  • He / she should not have majorconstraint for travelling outstation.
  • He / She should be in a position to leadthe team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may have toreport to partner directly

 To be tailor-fit for the aboveskillsets, you need to have,

  •  Vital - Experience in Financial Servicesector, Bank & Financial Institutions, Ledger scrutiny, Client Facing,Operational activities (Revenue, commission booking, Reconciliations,Investor’s onboarding, Transaction feeding and audit) for PMD, WealthManagement and AIF clients.
  • Essential - Process Skills, CAATS,Transaction processing, Leadership, Research Ability, Analytical Ability,Knowledge of Wealth Spectrum, Finacle, Ariba, Oracle.
