Being afirm that is driven by ownership, innumerable occasions shall come your way tostrategizing client delivery, improve processes, encourage research etc. foryour projects – all in all a whole rounded elevating experienceRole Responsibilities: · Lead business transformation initiatives as project manager · Lead projects in the areas of post merger integration and divestitures · Provide necessary support to project managers and project leads to plan the project activities · Liaise with project managers to identify and plan the critical dependencies and integration points between the projects · Track weekly milestones progress and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) management · Develop portfolio plans · Provide PMO support on the projects · Ensure the latest status of the tasks are being updated in the project management tools by the project managers through diligent follow-ups · Support preparation of periodic updates to senior management on the projects’ progress Technical: Understanding of business transformation projects, post merger integration, divestitures, ERP related implementation assignments (Good to have) Tools: Project Management tools like MS Projects, Wave, Key, Planview and Jira would be preferred Desired Candidate Profile:
