Role Responsibilities:

·         Lead business transformation initiatives as project manager

·         Lead projects in the areas of post merger integration and divestitures

·         Provide necessary support to project managers and project leads to plan the project activities

·         Liaise with project managers to identify and plan the critical dependencies and integration points between the projects

·         Track weekly milestones progress and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) management

·         Develop portfolio plans

·         Provide PMO support on the projects

·         Ensure the latest status of the tasks are being updated in the project management tools by the project managers through diligent follow-ups

·         Support preparation of periodic updates to senior management on the projects’ progress

Technical:  Understanding of business transformation projects, post merger integration, divestitures, ERP related implementation assignments (Good to have)

Tools: Project Management tools like MS Projects, Wave, Key, Planview and Jira would be preferred


Desired Candidate Profile: 

  • Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 5+ years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience
  • Experience in project managing end-to-end implementation of commercial projects, process optimization projects, mergers/divestiture projects or ERP projects
  • Excellence in program management to design, develop and govern the integration/carve-out plan across cross-functional teams
  • An ideal candidate is a detail oriented, organized, a strong communicator and someone who can build trust with all the stakeholders
  • Ability to understand cross-functional processes across Business, Delivery, Finance, HR, Marketing, Administration etc.
