 Whatwe are looking for?

 Nexdigm is looking for a self-motivated and proficient associateto join our Healthcare team. If you aspire to build a career in projectmanagement with interest in the healthcare sector, then this can be the perfectopportunity for you. Your work will primarily involve in execution of thehealthcare initiative which will include internal reporting, working with crossfunctional and geographical team executing projects, stakeholder managementalong with curating, generating and proofreading content for the Nexdigmhealthcare team which publishes thought leadership content on a regular basis.

 The ideal candidate should have excellent communication andorganizational skills. He/She should be able to work with multiple stakeholdersand stick to agreed timelines. Candidates with exposure to project management,reporting and in-depth knowledge of copywriting, thought leadership, newsletterand SEO best practices would be preferred.

 Skillsetswe would like to see you exhibit,

 Role specific skillsets:

 Prepareand track MIS for reporting purposes

·        Projectmanaging the identified activities and engage with various identifiedstakeholders to ensure closure of activities as envisaged by management

·        Managingdatabases for the sectoral initiative including Healthcare deck, marketingcollaterals, case studies etc. - timely updated to capture the recentdevelopments on engagement, products etc.

·        Comeup with process improvement initiatives and implement them

·        Researchand gather latest information and updates on the healthcare sector

·        Analyzethe content and suggest publication format for the content

·        Researchand write long-form content on various relevant topics relating to healthcare

·        Compiledata based on desktop research and establish trends for focus on content

·        Preparereports on publication performance and share insights on how to improve thevisibility

QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical orfactual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.

To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

·        Master’sdegree with specialization in Project Management, Business administration orrelated field

·        Shouldhave atleast 1 to 2 years of relevant experience of project management,reporting and publications etc.

·        Familiaritywith web publication techniques and drafting analytical commentary

·        Excellentwith marketing tools, MS Office and Google Suite

·        Goodunderstanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO

·        Willingnessto multitask and project manage the initiatives

·        Excellentverbal and written communication skills

·        Creativityand a keen eye for details
