Youwill be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing anddelivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases oftraining interventions.

  • Identify trainingneeds by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translaterequirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of theircareer path
  • Build annualtraining program and prepare monthly teaching plans/schedules
  • Buildingcertification plans for staff
  • Develop and overseethe production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids andmanuals. These should cover the latest updates received from client and changesin the process
  • Direct structuredlearning experiences and monitor their quality results
  • Acclimate new hiresto the business and conduct orientation and process sessions
  • Deliver trainingcourses
  • Periodicallyevaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Stay abreast of thenew trends and tools in

Working Model:Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shifttiming allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicatedto you during the offer discussion.

To be tailor-fitfor the above skillsets, you need to have:

  • Proven experience of 6 to 12 Years in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Proven ability tomaster the full training cycle
  • Adequate knowledgeof learning process and learning software
  • Familiarity withtraditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Familiarity withtalent management and feedback regards trainees to assist supervisors insuccession planning
  • Ability totranslate complex information in simpler terms to a variety of audiences
