Job Description

Nexdigm is looking for an experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst with deep experience indesigning implementing solutions in Finance & Operations and AssetManagement) solutions for the Organisation. We are looking for individuals withthe passion to drive significant business outcomes through technical skills,business acumen and leadership.

 

Business Solutions, a part of Nexdigm PrivateLimited is responsible for providing best in class IT solutions to Nexdigm internalfunctions like Finance, Tax, Procurement, Admin, Legal and others. Thecandidates will be responsible for developing technical solutions meetingregulatory compliance requirement by collaborating with various IT and businesspartners.

RoleObjective:

Enable Nexdigm to get the fullestbenefit of D365 capabilities in the context of its stated requirements.

What it involves:

  • ·        Train users to use D365 FO efficiently andeffectively
  • ·   Work closely with users to simplify processesand align them to D365 best practices without sacrificing business requirements
  • ·        First point of contact for users for troubleshooting issues in D365 FO
  • ·     Mapping new requirements to D365 capabilitiesand co-ordinating with the technical team for configuring/customising, testing,and roll-out

Experienceand Qualities Required:

  • ·     Power user in all transaction D365 F&O modules(General Ledger, Cash & Bank Mgmt., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable,Project Mgmt. & Accounting, Procurement & Sourcing and Travel &Expense), reporting, master data maintenance, and user rights management
  • ·       Strong experience in implementing D365 Finance& Operations applications with large global enterprises, spanningblueprinting, configuring and testing activities
  • ·        Applies in-depth or broad business processknowledge and application configuration knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&O
  • ·        Functional analysis (requirement definitionand solution design) and testing in D365
  • ·        Strong business process knowledge and abilityto map business requirements to standard processes in Dynamics 365 with minimal customization.
  • ·        Ability to build test scenarios, test data,testing methodologies (including documentation of test results)
  • ·        Demonstrated reasoning, problem-solving, goodcommunication skills
  • ·        Demonstrated ability to work in a teamenvironment
  • ·        Passion for using technology, particularlyD365
  • ·        Prefer a candidate with strong ProjectManagement background
  • ·        Exposure to Project Operations module would bean added advantage
  • ·        Self-starter
