As Nexdigm expands itsNorth American operations, we are looking for an effective communicator withgood organizational skills in the workplace, a passion for accomplishingproject-specific goals, and a zeal to be an integral part of our excitinggrowth plans.S/He will be pivotalin supporting Nexdigm’s US sales team for Business Services from India Inaddition, S/He must be able to engage with relevant personnel within our firmto successfully meet deadlines for various deliverables. S/He will report tothe Senior Manager, US Sales and Business Initiatives.
Job Location: Lower Parel(Mumbai )
Responsibilities:
▪ Sales Support:
o Develop a good understanding of Nexdigm’s service offerings andstay connected with the operations, sales, and marketing teams for updates
o Maintain a repository of sales collateral, gather new materialfrom practice SPOCs, and work with them to create relevant sales presentationsand documents as required
o Assist with preparing presentations for client meetings,participate in sales calls as required, and take & circulate call notes.Work with various internal teams and external partners to create proposals andget them approved. Ensure on-time delivery and quality
o Track and manage contracting-related requirements, whichincludes creating and submitting SOWs/Work Orders and change orders/addendums,ensuring timeliness, and sharing regular status updates
o Hold and track versions of the contract templates – NDA, MSA,Engagement Letters, SOWs/Work Orders, Change Orders/addendums, etc. AssistantManager, Sales Support (Business Services)
▪ MISReporting:
o Ensure the sales trackers/CRM are up to date and check forcompleteness and accuracy
o Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly MIS sales reports andother updates
o Perform analysis on the progress against sales targets and sharekey insights/observations
▪Project Manage and Support Initiatives:
o Support the North American team in their sales, marketing, andbusiness development initiatives:
o Maintain sales kits and training documents for the sales team
o Participate in lead generation and visibility campaigns andevents
o Assist in other assigned initiatives/projects o Understand andbreak down complicated and convoluted matter and present it in a simplestructure for further action. E.g., project plans, brochures, variousdiscussion topics, etc.
· Engage with various practices and functions to understand theiroperations and concerns and establish frequent communications on variousdeliverables
· Efficient and Effective communication with relevant stakeholders(internal or external) to address concerns and remove roadblocks
· Conduct research, prepare project plans, and schedule tasks tomeet deliverables. Get buy-in from SPOCs responsible for the completion oftasks against planned timelines
· Actively monitor the scheduled activities and put controlmechanisms to address activities that are not conforming to the planned schedule
· Identify and resolve issues that might negatively impact theproject deliverables; identify, assess, and prioritize risks and provideoptions for action; and address sensitive issues with tact and discretion
PreferredSkills and Qualifications
• Master (MBA) in Business,Sales, or related
• 2– 3years' experience, including business consulting or outsourcing services
• Experiencein project management and high collaborative skills
• Goodwritten and verbal communication skills
• Goodanalytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficientwith Power BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Well-versedwith LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Lead Generation Platform
