Operational Management
- Assistin maintaining and continuously improving the overall Information Security postureof the organization.
- Trackingof the Daily / Monthly / Annual activities of the department. Appropriatenomenclature and format.
- Assistin both Internal and external periodic Audits. Should be eventually be able to conductaudits individually.
- Expertisein Creating / Updating / Document Versioning of the Policy, Guidelines, Formatsetc.
- EnsureAudit findings are tracked and remediated to closure as per the severity.
- Co-ordination with internal departments for updating ofvarious tracking sheets like Data Register, Risk Register, Task tracker andlogs,
- Track,monitor and report progress on improvement initiatives that are aligned tobusiness needs.
- Researchon automation tools to bring about process improvement and efficiency.

Desired Skills:
- 3 to 5 years in internal ISMS and PIMS Audits, RiskRegister, Data Register, Incident Management tracking. Exposure to a broad setof quality management principles, Information Security principles and GRC tools.
- Person to have.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitationskills, Strong reporting concepts, excellent command over Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Able to handle ambiguity and resistance assertively withoutconflicts.
