JOB DESCRIPTION:
Yourjob responsibilities will include,
· Managingexecution of transaction structuring assignments involving evaluation ofalternative options including merger, demerger, slump sale etc.
o Withholding tax advisory on foreign remittance
o Preparing and Reviewing key corporate taxreturns and vetting of tax positions
o Undertaking research on various platforms
o Drafting submissions and attending to noticesfrom the Tax Department

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· A strongpassion and interest for tax
· 2-3 yearsof experience in,
o Income tax advisory, litigation and compliance
o Assignments involving technical research
o Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing
o Project Management skills
o Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances
o Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidanceagreements
o Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles
o Experience in/exposure to M&A transactions willbe an added advantage
o Experiencein/exposure to FEMA will be an added advantage
o Very good communication skills includinglegal/technical drafting
o Very good interpersonal skills
