JOBDESCRIPTION:
Role specificskillsets:
- Requiredto have a good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and LossAccount and Balance Sheet
- Understandingthe key areas about the finalization of accounts and the complete cycle of P2P,O2C, R2R, Treasury management etc.
- Goodunderstanding of the direct and indirect tax applicability and compliances andrequirements of report submissions.
- Experiencein handling month end activities along with preparation of all the controlaccount schedules and other related activities.
- Goodknowledge and application of accounting standards under Indian GAAP
- Stronganalytical skills and should be comfortable working on excel and otherreporting tools.
- Experienceof working on SAP, Oracle or Tally.
- Needto be exposed to handling various types of audits for e.g., SAS, ISO etc.
- Exposureto Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality concepts. Practical experience ofimplementation of these concepts would be an added advantage
Strategy & Planning:
- Lead operational and strategic planning for the teamassigned, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing andnegotiating the allocation of resources.
- Ability to handle multi tasking roles and ensureproper co-ordination with multiple stake holders.
- Benchmark,analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth ofthe service delivery.
- Developbusiness case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for various tasks to bedelivered.
Operational Management:
- Managethe deployment and monitoring of resources in performing the various tasksassigned.
- Workwith stakeholders to define business and process requirements for new andbetter way of delivering activities.
- Directinvolvement in identifying and developing tools for enhancing team performance.
- Managestaffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development,evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Approveand oversee projects and project portfolio
- Liaisonwith other operation teams for carrying out day to day to activities andensuring that the operations run smoothly.
- Establishand maintain regular written and in-person communications with theorganization’s executives, department heads and other stake holders.

Working Model:Work-from-office
Shift Timings: Nexdigm operatesin multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:
- Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am
PleaseNote: Shifttimings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend onthe scope of work and will communicated to you during the offer discussion.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· Adynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suitthe organization’s needs
· 12 to 14 years of experience in handlingdomestic accounting profile
· Goodknowledge of Indian compliances and handling a team of 20+ associates.
· Also,would need to manage internal stakeholders
· Thedrive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to usetechnology to derive efficiencies.
· Anability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and link themwith the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations
