 Desired Skills

  • ·        Four + Years ofexperience in a Technical Support role
    Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related fieldpreferred
  • ·        Have relevantexperience in SQL
  • ·        A supportedapplication that is built on MVC, .Net Core, and windows
  • ·        Basic knowledge ofAzure  
  • ·        Proven peoplemanagement and leadership skills
  • ·        Excellentcommunicator, both oral and written
  • ·        Strongproblem-solving and communication skills
  • ·        Strong analyticalskills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets

Operational Management

  • ·        Oversee theday-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team
  • ·        Act as a senioragent who will drive customer satisfaction through customer
    support
  • ·        Act as a mentor andprovide oversight, coaching, and training to technical
    support staff
  • ·        Be the point ofcontact when it comes to technical escalations
  • ·        Ensure that allcustomer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and, in a prompt, andprofessional manner
  • ·        Implement anynecessary preventive measures to reduce customer faults and
    issues
  • ·        Review all technicalsupport-related processes and documentation for
    continuous improvement
