JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic technology enthusiast to join our team, supporting transformative initiatives and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will research emerging trends in technology, assist in crafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and provide strategic insights to enhance our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor and assess emerging technologies, innovations, and market trends
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for adoption
  • Transformative Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology-driven projects
  • Propose innovative solutions to business challenges

BRD Development:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Draft detailed and comprehensive BRDs to guide project execution

Strategic Insights & Support:

  • Provide guidance on implementing transformative technologies
  • Act as a technology advocate within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for technology and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (optional but preferred)
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Familiarity with BRD creation and project documentation

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
  • Experience with tools like Google Trends, Gartner reports, or similar for tech research
  • Understanding of business processes and project lifecycles
