With over two decades of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Kartik leads Global Sales for all Business Services at Nexdigm. He is also responsible for operations and related services for Business Consulting, Supply Chain, and Intelligent Automation & Accelerated Analytics (IA3) practices.
With rich and diverse experience from his leadership roles with organizations like HCL, WNS, Aviva, Avaya, and WPP, Kartik has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has successfully built and managed global captives and shared services operations, accelerated revenue and delivered ROI to stakeholders in IT, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Media, and Insurance. Kartik has held multiple Country Head positions and has been responsible for Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, Admin, IT, and Automation. He has led global innovation initiatives, including the set up of innovation labs, digital technologies, and an India-based Centers of Excellence (COE).
Kartik continually strives to improve value creation for Nexdigm’s clients. He strongly believes in cross-functional collaboration within the firm to best employ the immense capabilities within Finance & Accounting, Contract Management, Analytics, Process Improvement, and Change Management.
Kartik contributes to industry thought leadership on topics such as Digital Transformation, Process Innovation, Shared Services, Global Capability Centers etc. by speaking at various Global forums. He is also a regular speaker at events and webinars hosted by Nexdigm.
Kartik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Sri Venkateswara College (India) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business (USA). He also holds management degrees from leading institutes such as the Indian Institute of Management - Calcutta and INSEAD.
