Yourjob responsibilities will include,
Project Related
· Managerswould be leading multiple projects at any time on process consulting/ internal audit/risk consulting/ other solutions
· They shallbe having team members report to them at a project level
· Managershave the responsibility of project execution and shall report to adirector/partner on every project. They shall be responsible for ensuringproject profitability, quality as well as adherence to the agreed project plan
· Managersshall assist the Partner/Director in managing risks associated with theprojects
· Managersshall be the primary ongoing project level contact for clients
· Thejob would require travel to client locations within India and abroad
People Related
· Playsthe role of performance managers for junior staff
· Actively involved in training, coaching and mentoring of juniorstaff
Business Development
· Performbusiness development – lead generation till closure
· Proactivelydoes sales oriented reporting during projects. These would include identifyingpossible business opportunities for various practices within Nexdigm
Thought Leadership
· Contributeto solution development
· Possessgood business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory servicescapabilities and industry knowledge

· Possessesextensive experience in at least one of the key solutions
· Priorexperience in client facing / account management roles
· Exposureto business development in consulting (Pre-sales support, proposals, RFPresponses)
· Possessstrong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risksin operations of at least two industry sectors
· Haveexperience in process consulting/ internal audit/ risk consulting at a projectmanager/ project lead level role
· Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
· Consistentdisplay of leadership skills
· Abilityto work well in teams
· Abilityto work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions whichmay demand extended working hours
· Willingnessto travel within India or abroad for continuously long periods of time
