What’sin it for you?

Theposition falls in the entry level and as a role, you will have an incredibleopportunity to work directly with Directors and Senior Leadership. Each sale istailored to suit the customers’ needs and hence there is intense preparationfor each of these sales. This will involve getting significant exposure in theoverall business acumen.

 

Skillsets we wouldlike to see you exhibit,

Role specific skillsets:

·        Role involves Lead Generation from variousmediums, primarily through secondary search mediums such as LinkedIn. Itrequires dedicated efforts on hunting right Point of contact, making initialcontact, drafting effective elevator pitch basis service line and generatinginterests

·        Ability to set up meetings through coldemails and LinkedIn reach

·        Know-how of creating a Data Base and knows-howof sourcing data from various data bases

·        Regular in follow-ups, be able to creativelydesign follow-up program

·        Brings in new ideas to the table – in termsof sales approach and lead generation approach

·        Since role is demanding, the role requires acandidate willing to soak pressure and work in challenging yet growth andlearning conducive environment

·        Comfortable and confident in audio/videointeraction with Indian and Foreign CXOs

CandidatureRequirements

1.      Graduate – Mandatory (Any field)

2.      Post Graduate (Non-mandatory) – MBA/PGDM(Tier-2) - Sales/Marketing/Strategy

3.      Work experience prior to MBA/PGDM notmandatory

4.      Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience,

·        Areas - Services or Technology Product Sales,Lead Generation.

·        Relevant Industries – BPO, BPM, BusinessConsulting, IT/Software, Technology Product Firms, Telecom, FMCD, BFSI,Healthcare

 

Expected Business Skill Sets

1.      Ability to operate LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Good to know other lead generation tools

2.      Ability to source data from free/paidservices (Hunter.io / Zoom-info, etc.)

3.      Competency Level in MS Office Suite:

·        MS Excel – Intermediate to AdvancedCompetency

o  The candidate must be well-versed withformulae, short-cuts, pivots, working on complex models and working on large multi-tabspreadsheets. VBA/Macros is good to know, not mandatory.

o  It is expected that the resource will be ableto work on MS Excel at a considerably above-average speed.

·        MS PowerPoint – Intermediate to AdvancedCompetency

o  The candidate must be able to preparehigh-quality presentations which will be used in pitch meetings withprospective clients.

o  Adept at using smart-arts and icons

o  It is expected that the resource will be ableto work on MS PowerPoint at a considerably above-average speed.

·        MS Word – Intermediate to Advanced Competency

o  The candidate is expected to prepare approachnotes, questionnaires, and proposals

4.      Communication:

·        Demonstrate ability to interact professionally withinternal teams via phone, email, tele/video conferencing and with external clients.Typically with C-Suite Executives (if and when required)

·        Provide accurate and timely information as required tothe sales team and senior management.

·        Communicate independently with internal teams andstakeholders for various requirements.
