JOB DESCRIPTION:
Yourjob responsibilities will include,
| · Able to handle day-to-day admin activities of the office like repairs, maintenance, of office gadgets, and equipments and deal with vendors, sign Annual Maintenance contracts with them. |
| · Knowledge of insurance of the company assets and accident insurance of employees. |
| · Maintaining the records required for ISMS, coordination with SKP offices co-ordination with vendors etc . |
| · Handling of office boys . |
| · Domestic travel ( Rail , Air, Bus, Cars etc. ) and international travel Reservation, coordination with transport vendors. Through knowledge of Passport & Visa applications, renewal of passports and visas. |
| · Maintaining and updating the data of landlords, renewals of agreements with the landlords, rent payments to the landlords. Experience of registration of Deeds with registrar office |
| · Maintain records of electricity bills , Property tax , Society |
| · Maintaining data of telephone lines, internet data cards in the company , payment of the bills. |
| · Any other related activities as and when required

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· A graduate with goodcommunication skills possessing minimum 3 years of experience as an adminexecutive
· Should have experiencein working with an organization that has an employee strength of 100+
· Should have experiencein Microsoft Excel.
