JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Yourjob responsibilities will include,

·        Independentlyexecuting assignments and managing team deployed on assignments.

·        Lead technicaldiscussions with the client and lend analytical capabilities, root causeanalysis, and practical solutions delivery.

·        Identify,assess, and monitor risks by developing a risk management plan and strategy.

·        Identifyopportunities to improve business processes. Assist clients in addressingcompliance, financial, operational, and strategic risks.

·        Typicalengagements may comprise conducting reviews of policy and procedures, systems,internal control, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, developmentof enterprise risk management framework, project risk management reviews,independent validations of time (scheduling), cost (budgets), and quantity(BOQ), Reconciliations and Theoretical Co-efficient validations as per IScodes, revenue assurance, cost & working capital optimization, businessplan, and strategic advisory.

·        Research,compile and introduce leading practices in the industry(s) in terms ofmanagement style, processes, practices, tools, and technology.

·        Maintaininternal quality guidelines for the engagement within the budgeted time.

·        Constantlymonitor engagement progress, manage risk, and verify key stakeholders are keptinformed about progress and expected outcomes.

·        Establish deeprelationships with client personnel (at appropriate levels) by understanding clients’perspectives. Participate in sales and support business developmentinitiatives.

·        Assist teammembers in developing technical and professional competency.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

·        Chartered Accountantwith 1-3 years’ post qualification experience

·        Excellent excelskills

·        Should have clientfacing experience

·        Should haveexperience in RCM’s
