As a first level management role this position provides an opportunityto display your technical and people management skills by ensuring completeseamless operational delivery along with your team. This role is not restricting you toanyone sector is an attempt that we make to ensure you have an all-roundedexperience in different sectors/industries as well as assignments acrossgeographies – India, USA, France, UK, Germany, etc. In addition, the freedom ofoperation will encourage you to test your limits and develop holistically.
Role Specific Skillsets:
• To conduct financial due diligence.
• To participate in feasibility studies, peer benchmarking,profitability analysis with respect to transactions
• To analyze the financial results of companies and develop goodunderstanding of business model. Document and report review, analyze andinternal report creation.
• To keep all information obtained during due diligence process. Dolease, operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required.Generate ideas and share within the team.
• To prepare submissions on the finding noted during diligenceprocess
• To assist in preparing opinion notes, memos for acquisition/ jointventure establishment
• To assist work on a project which might run over a short term tolong term horizon
• To support on addressing due diligence findings and incorporatingin the relevant sections of the SPA
• Should be strong at documentation of the work
• Should be a strong team player
To be tailor-fitfor the above skillsets, you need to have,
• Preferably 1 + years of applicable work experience in : FinancialDue Diligence, Transaction Advisory (experience with Big 4 preferred)
• Having some experience in Taxation, audit & advisory will beadded advantage
• Experience in project management including planning, organizing,coordinating, and managing clients, and/or manager towards the successfulcompletion of a project
• Strong current knowledge in one of the following: India GAAPGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions, or transactionservices
• Oral and written communication should be good
• Should have a strong understanding of the commercial/businessarrangements
• Should have a strong report writing skills with very good controlover the language
• Should have a strong proficiency with MS office especially MSexcel and MS power point
• Should be ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlines
