JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        General Ledger Accounting concepts & Processing 

·        Required to have a good knowledgeof accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet

·        Understanding of General Accounting, month close procedure, Accounts Payable andAccounts Receivables

·        Good understanding of theoutsourced environment and well-versed with client management

·        Have extended experience inmanaging day-to-day accounting and operations teams in third-part BPO set up

·        Ability to manage demanding clientsthrough improvement planning and long-term vision of improving service levels

·        Have extensive experience inprocess review, continuous process improvement and driving efficiency in team

·        Ensuring regular governance withvarious stakeholders and client to ensure zero surprise operations

·        Managing team size of 25+ peoplemanaging various roles in AP, P2P, AR, GL,Reporting, Chatfield maintenance, verification of invoices, expenseverification and responsible for their career and succession planning

·        Review existing process and exploreways of improving process through various tools and technology

Working Model:Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operatesin multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

PleaseNote: Shift timings differ basis the role. Theshift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and willcommunicated to you during the offer discussion

 

 

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

·        A dynamic personality and a passionto constantly improvising technology to suit the organization’s needs

·        B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA degree alongwith prior exposure of 12 –14 years in managing R2R, P2P and O2C processes

·        A flair for leading a team andbringing about the best in people (minimum 2 years prior experience in a managerialrole) 

·        The drive to bring about change anda desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.

·        An ability to understand theorganization’s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of theassigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations

·        Crossed the boundaries ofoperational delivery and stepped into the space of organizing, planning, anddevelopment
