JOBDESCRIPTION:
Your job responsibilities will include,
· Will be working/practical knowledge about operation of certain service industry of BFS segment such as PMS, MF, AIF, Wealth Management Offshore funds etc.
· The candidate should have the ability to analyze, compare,and interpret facts and figures quickly; and beable sound judgments based on this information.
· He/She should have good oral and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadership andpeople management skills
· Business understanding,systems and computer skills are required.
· Accuracyandtheabilitytohandleresponsibilitywithlimitedsupervisionareimportant.
· He/sheshouldnothavemajorconstraintfortravellingoutstation.
· He / She should be in a position tolead the team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may haveto report to partner directly

· Hasworkingorauditexperienceinmiddleandback-officeoperationsofWealthManagement Firms, Mutual Fund AMC’s, AIF, Depository or Capital Markets etc.
· Shouldhavethoroughknowledgeandunderstandingofinvestmentsandsecurities.
· ShouldbeabreastoftheSEBIandRBIregulationsapplicable.
· Supervision and responsible forquality and timely delivery of all engagements within financial servicespractice
· InternalSOPsandmethodologytobekeptupdated.
· Defineandmanageappropriatekeyperformanceindicatorstoensuredeliveryofwork,as agreed with key stakeholders.
· Strengthen thedeliverycapabilitiesofthepracticebytrainingandmentoringthe teamand adhering to professional practice requirements.
· Releasealertsandthoughtleadershiparticlesatregularintervals.
· PartnerwithBusinessSolutionsresourcesforautomatingprocessestherebybuilding efficiencies.
· KnowledgeofWealthSpectrum/Milessoftwarewouldbepreferable.
